Do you have a money back guarantee?
Answer:
Our products are guaranteed for 30 days.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the merchandise.  You will only be responsible for the return postage.  Returned merchandise will be processed within 2 weeks from the time we receive if for an exchange, credit, or refund.  Any return must include the original packing slip.  Credit card refunds will require 2 billing cycles.

Answer:
Our working hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.  You may also visit our website at www.rarenatural.com.

Shipping Policy
When should I expect to receive my order?
Answer:
Orders are shipped, Monday to Friday, by UPS with estimated arrival within 7 business days from the date of order received by us.
